Ayan Capital is a London-based Islamic fintech that provides Shariah-compliant vehicle finance through a lease-to-own (Ijara wa Iqtina) structure: it buys the car, the customer pays a fixed monthly rental, and ownership transfers at the end of the term. It serves personal buyers, private-hire and black-cab drivers and small businesses, sourcing vehicles from UK dealerships, and its structure is audited against AAOIFI standards. Abdullo Kurbanov is chief executive and co-founder. The company launched in early 2024 and in September 2026 secured a GBP 75 million debt facility originated by Triple Point as it works towards a halal digital bank.
